If you're looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us so we can get this sorted for you.
We will provide details for you to send us the item, the items returned must be in their original condition.
You can return any full priced item for a refund if faulty or incorrect within 14 days of receiving your original order.
If you'd like to return your item for an exchange of it's size or colour we'll send your replacement to the default delivery address.
We will refund the price you purchased your full priced item at.
We do not accept refunds on sale items.
All items will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us so make sure it's packed up properly and cant get damaged on the way!
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
In the likely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
All customers will be liable for payment of returned postage.
